1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting this site, buying from our shop, playing our games, or using our creator applications, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

You may need to register an account to use some of our features, collect levels, or save your profile progress. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your password safe and accept all risk of unauthorized access.
• Email us immediately at support@imagiverse.co if you notice any unauthorized access to your account.

3. Store & Purchases

Our shop offers physical merchandise and digital items.

• Billing & Payments: Stripe handles all payment processing. You must have the legal right to use your payment method.
• Merchandise Fulfillment: Printful prints and ships our custom merch on demand. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Refunds & Cancellations: Physical store sales are print-on-demand and all purchases of non-defective items are final. Sizing exchanges or change-of-mind refunds are not accepted. Donations and tips are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable. All orders and support contributions are subject to our separate Refund & Returns Policy.
• Price & Availability: We can change prices or stop selling any product at any time without notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All content included in our services, including text, graphics, logos, avatars, software (such as our application and game source files), custom artwork, audio clips, and pixel art, is the property of Imagiverse Studios or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You cannot copy, distribute, or modify any of our assets without express written permission from Oaky and Shiro.

5. Rules of Conduct

When using our community servers, streaming tools, or platform pages, you agree not to:

• Break any local laws or use the services for illegal purposes.
• Harass, abuse, or violate the rights of other users or administrators.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to copy content or manipulate XP/Stargazer profile points.
• Distribute malware, spam, or malicious code through our creator tools or chat environments.

6. Limitation of Liability

Imagiverse Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to use our services, or any content obtained from our platform.

7. Modifications to Service

We can modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services (including game features or shop items) at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for these changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Italy, where our founders operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
